Princess Thyra of Denmark's Sapphire Tiara

Creation: This tiara was made circa 1898 most likely by E. Wolff & Co.  The sapphires are interchangeable with turquoise and in the 1920s a row of rhinestones was added to the base.

Materials: sapphires, pearls, and diamonds set in gold and silver with optional turquoise
